Our Story

A shed full of
good things

The Big Red Apple Shed started as a simple idea: what if a neighborhood bakery felt like a place where everyone belonged? We opened our doors on Highway 126 with flour on our aprons and a whole lot of hope.

Today, we're still doing the same thing — baking bread the old way, stocking shelves with groceries our neighbors actually want, and making sure the last pastry of the day goes to someone who'll truly enjoy it.

This isn't a chain. It's not a franchise. It's a real shed with a big red door, and it's been our home and yours ever since.
